Monarch NewsTo be considered for the next installation (date not yet for coming years) applications must be totally completed and received by October of previous year.  Any applications received after this date will be considered for the following installation.  Please download and print from the link on this page or either one of the attached two links to the application MS-Word  http://1drv.ms/1vyED77  or .pdf  http://1drv.ms/1vyEvo5 .  Feel free to ask your fellow alumni to co-sponsor the Nominee as well.  Please use urgency in completely filling out the application and submit the application packet so we can receive it by the deadline.  If a nominee is not selected in their first year, they will be subsequently reviewed for future consideration.  Please fill out the application completely and get it in the mail to Mr. Napoli.  Thanks Monarchs!
